Falls City Library and Arts Center

The Richardson county Arts and Humanities Council  has announced the "First Fridays" event on June 6th.  This event will take place at the Prichard Auditorium, as a baby grand piano was needed.  The program begins 7PM with a reception following the concert. 

The artist is Joel Thomas, a native of southwest Missouri, will perform a repertoire of classical and jazz music (familiar jazz tunes, and improvised).  Mr Thomas began his piano studies in 1995 at the age of 13.  After high school, Joel began undergraduate studies at Missouri Southern State University in Joplin, MO. where he studied classical and jazz performance and composition.  He has won numerous awards throughtout his studies and career.
