Falls City Library and Arts Center

Kathy Kirkendall welcomes Shanna Haworth, the 1,000th new patron registered
since opening the new library opened in January 2007.  Shanna recently moved to Falls City and
received a book tote from "Lydia's Gifts Beyond the Book."
